  • Full-Time & Part-Time Programs - Offering three (3) different programs:
    Full-Time: Monday - Friday, Part-Time (2 Day): Tuesday & Thursday, and
    Part-Time (3 Day): Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

  • Semi-Uniform - Right Start Academy is a semi-uniform preschool (RSA shirt & any bottom). Uniform shirts are required Monday thru Thursday. Each Friday is a themed day where students participate in fun themes such as Silly Sock/Slipper Day, Jersey Day, and Prince & Princess Day.

  • Degreed Head Teachers – Hiring degreed professionals will allow teachers to be knowledgeable, skilled, and prepared to handle children from all learning and discipline levels.

  • Physical Education Curriculum – Providing daily physical fitness classes that incorporate fundamental, engaging activities that help to build children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.

  • Technologically Advanced – Offering live video feed via the internet of your child’s classroom. Private viewing offered through IFOXCAM.com. In addition, computerized check-in will allow for accurate accountability of every child – every day!

  • Location – Conveniently located off Route 3 and within 5 miles of the Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, and Baltimore Counties, and within 10 miles of Howard County.

  • Environment – Providing children with a safe, nuturing, and comfortable atmosphere that stimulates learning in an exciting, yet challenging manner.

  • Peanut Free Center - Because peanut allergies can be so dangerous to children that have them, RSA is a "Peanut Free Center".

  • Costs –Combining quality educational services with extracurricular activities such as physical education classes, field trips, and in-house activities (yoga, & Spanish classes), at an affordable price. All meals, snacks, and items listed above are included in tuition rate.

  • Convenience – Offering 12 hours of childcare services (6:30am – 6:30pm). Pay tuition via our website by credit card.  Payments can also be deducted right out of your bank account with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - COMING SOON!

  • Our Mini Library - RSA has its own mini library bookshelf. Students are be able to borrow books from the library at any time. Parents are encouraged to read to their child at least 20 minutes each day. So don't worry about buying a new book - borrow one of ours!

  • Parent’s Night Out – Parents are offered one night out per month, without the kids. Staff stay late on a pre-planned Friday night to entertain children with themed activities, while parents enjoy time alone.
  • Rental Facility – Indoor activity center can be rented on weekends for birthday parties. RSA families receive a discounted rate.

  • Super Suppers– RSA will be teaming up with Super Suppers of Crofton. Parents can place orders with Super Suppers and orders will be delivered to RSA. So parents can pick up kids and dinner, all in one stop!
