Enrollment at Right Start Academy is fast and easy. We have streamlined the enrollment process to insure that you are 100% comfortable with your decision to enroll your child with us.

How to Enroll

1. Call or email our Director for a tour of the center. The best time to tour the center is between 9:30am -
    11:30am. A wide range of instruction and interaction can be seen during this time. We can make special
    arrangement for tours for our working parents. Just call to schedule an appointment.  Please be sure to have a 
    photo ID available for tours.

2. Once you make your decision, fill out the enrollment application and pick up your parent packet. The parent 
    packet includes all of the forms that need to be filled out before your child can start in RSA.

3. Pay all upfront fees, purchase uniform shirts, and choose a start date

Our Programs:
The following programs are full day programs. Center hours are from 6:30am - 6:30pm, however, the academic day runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
1.  Full-Time: Monday - Friday
2.  Part-Time (2 Day): Tuesday & Thursday
3.  Part-Time (3 Day): Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

Entry Age:
Children ages 2-5 can attend Right Start Academy. Child must turn 2 years old prior to starting at the preschool. Students who miss the kindergarten cut-off date for Maryland public schools can also enroll in RSA. The cut-off birth date for kindergarten is October 1st. 

Enrollment Policy:
Right Start Academy is open to all children. The preschool does not discriminate in its enrollment policy on the basis of the applicant's race, color, national or ethnic origin.

Attendance:
Although attendance is open to all children, attendance is contingent upon the child and his/her family agreeing to and abiding by the rules and policies of the preschool which are outlined in our handbook. Children or their families who do not abide by the rules and policies of the preschool will not be permitted to continue in attendance.

Tuition Rate:
Please contact us by email or phone to receive tuition rates and other fees.

Space Hold:
Once you contact us to register your child, we can hold your space for three (3) business days. If your application and registration fee are not received within 3 days, your space hold will be released.

Wait List:
If the preschool is at full capacity, please contact us to be placed on our Wait List. Signing up for the Wait List is free of charge. We will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
