Please verify that your credit card information is correct.  Tuition payments are due the Friday BEFORE services are rendered. Payments must be made by 6:30pm on Friday to avoid a late fee. A $25 per week late fee will be incurred for all late payments and will be invoiced separately if not included in payment. Please note: Any credit card payment that gets declined, will incur the $25 late fee.
