Enrollment Information

Enrollment at Right Start Academy is fast and easy. We have streamlined the enrollment process to ensure that you are 100% comfortable with your decision to enroll your child with us.

How to Enroll

1. Call or email us to schedule a tour of the preschool. The best time to tour our facility is between 9:00am - 12:00pm, Monday through Friday. A wide range of instruction and interaction can be seen during this time. We can make special arrangements for tours for our working parents who are unable to fit a tour into that time frame. Please be sure to have a government issued photo ID (ex. Driver's License) with you as no one is allowed to enter our building without proper identification. Virtual tours via Zoom are also available upon request.
    

2. Once you make your decision to join the RSA family and an opening has been confirmed, complete and turn in the Enrollment Application to reserve your child's space within our program. Upon turning in your application, you will be given a Parent Packet with several forms that need to be filled out completely. No student will be able to start RSA until all of the required forms have been turned in. 
    

3. Pay all start-up fees, purchase uniform shirts online, and choose a start date!

Other Important Enrollment Information

Entry Age:

Children ages two through five can attend Right Start Academy. Child must turn two years old prior to starting at the preschool. Students who miss the kindergarten cut-off date for Maryland public schools can also enroll in RSA. The cut-off birth date for kindergarten in Maryland is September 1st. 

Attendance:

Any student that enrolls in one of our part-time programs can only attend on the designated days. Attendance days cannot be switched or pro-rated if the student doesn't attend.
 

Tuition Rate:
Please contact us by phone (410) 923-7575 or email to receive tuition rates and other fees.
 

Space Hold:
Once you contact us to register your child, we can hold your space for a few days. If your application and registration fee are not received within the allotted time, your space will be released.
 

Wait List:

If there is not a space in the program you desire, please contact us about being placed on our wait list. Getting on our wait list is free of charge, however you must tour our preschool prior to being placed on the wait list. We will contact you as soon as a we are notified of a space becoming available.
